2. Services Offered

BikeFair.in provides the following services:

  1. Price discovery and quotation for new two-wheelers.
  2. Referral-based rewards system for individuals.
  3. Connection to authorized showrooms, brands, and financing partners.
  4. Easy EMI offers and dealership-based price matching.
  5. Communication via WhatsApp or our platform for seamless experience.
  6. We do not sell bikes directly. All vehicle sales and deliveries are fulfilled by partnered dealerships.
3. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
  • Providing truthful and complete information while using our platform.

BikeFair.in reserves the right to refuse service or block access if misuse is detected.

4. Referral & Incentive Policy

Our referral program rewards individuals with incentives for successful transactions.

A flat ₹1000 per successful referral is applicable only after delivery is confirmed by the partnered showroom.

  1. Self-referrals or fake entries will lead to permanent suspension.
  2. Referral rewards are subject to verification by BikeFair and partner dealers.

BikeFair.in reserves the right to modify or withdraw this program at any time without prior notice.

5. Pricing & Offers
  1. All prices shown on BikeFair.in are indicative and subject to change.
  2. Final prices, discounts, and EMI schemes are provided by showrooms and may vary by location, stock, or availability.
  3. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee exact price-match.
6. Finance Assistance
  1. We assist customers in discovering available loan offers from our partnered NBFCs or dealers.
  2. Finance approval is subject to the financier’s terms, documentation, and eligibility.
  3. Processing fee and interest rate are disclosed in the quotation, and users must confirm terms before proceeding.
  4. BikeFair does not hold responsibility for rejections or variations in finance offers.
7. Use of WhatsApp Communication
  1. By interacting with our platform, scanning QR codes, or submitting a lead form, you agree to:
  2. Receive updates, offers, and price information via WhatsApp or SMS.
  3. We do not spam or misuse any personal data.
  4. You can opt out at any time by sending STOP on WhatsApp.
8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, images, logos, and technology on BikeFair.in are the property of CUSTOM 9T.

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability
  1. BikeFair.in acts only as a facilitator between customers and authorized dealers.
  2. We are not responsible for delivery delays, vehicle issues, or service experience at the showroom level.
  3. Any disputes must be addressed directly with the selling dealer.
10. Termination of Use
  1. We reserve the right to block, suspend, or remove access for any user:
  2. Found misusing referral programs
  3. Submitting fake or incomplete leads
  4. Violating platform integrity or terms
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi NCR.
