1. Booking Amount Policy
- Customers are required to pay a ₹999 booking amount while confirming their order on BikeFair.in.
- This booking fee is 100% adjustable in the final vehicle price at the time of full payment.
- The booking ensures your preferred vehicle model and color is reserved at the selected dealer.
2. Cancellation Process
You may cancel your booking in the following ways:
- Before Delivery Processing:
If you cancel before the vehicle is registered or dispatched, the ₹999 booking amount is fully refundable. - After RTO Registration Initiation:
Once RTO registration and documentation have started, cancellations are generally not permitted as the vehicle is legally assigned to your name. However, special cases will be considered individually.
3. Refund Policy

Refund Processing Time:

- Example: If the final price of the bike is ₹85,000, you only need to pay ₹84,001 after booking.
5. Exceptions & Special Cases
- If the dealer cannot fulfill your selected model or color, and no alternate option is agreed upon, a full refund of ₹999 will be issued automatically.
- In case of double payment or transaction failure, our team will verify and refund the amount promptly.
